47Narcissa Black was born in Georgia1-4—probably in Warren County, since her parents seem to have been living there around the time she was born1,5—in January 18564 or thereabouts1-3 to parents 90Benjamin Burton Black and 91Elizabeth Sutton.1,2 Later records suggest she probably had a nickname Sis6 or Susie.7

The 1860 and 1870 censuses show her with her parents.1,2

Although I haven't found a marriage record/certificate, 47Narcissa married 46Rhoden Tant circa 1870, as explained in his profile. For more information about their marriage, their lives together, etc., see his profile since that information won't be repeated here.

The 1900 census shows 46Rhoden and 47Narcissa in militia district 56 (map), Johnson County, Georgia.4 This is the last record I've found pertaining to either of them.
