I've found no record that mentions 291___ Herring directly. Her existence is merely insinuated in a few records.

In a deed dated 29 December 1811 in Laurens County, Georgia, Abraham Herren mentions his brother-in-law 290Richard Ricks and his (Abraham's) parents 582"Arter Herren" and 583"Elizabeth Herren." 1 Thus we know of 291___'s existence and a few of her relationships.

This 1811 deed proves that 290Richard Ricks had a wife 291___ Herren and names her parents. Full page.1

291___ may have married 290Richard in roughly the mid-1790's, judging from some evidence that I previously presented on 290Richard's wives and children.

She must have died by 8 April 1819, when her husband re-married another woman (Nancy Evans) in Laurens County.2 Since the abovementioned 1811 deed1 and her husband's second marriage2 are both documented in Laurens County records, one could surmise that 291___ died there.
