934Thomas Cooper, Sr. is listed as a resident of Tuckahoe Hundred, Caroline County, Maryland in a census that was taken on the 3rd Tuesday of March 1778.1

Although written long after 934Thomas' death and published even later, a brief autobiographical letter written by his son Thomas offers some interesting information. Two excerpts are copied below.2

The only other record I've found of 934Thomas is his will, dated 20 August 1789 and proved 20 October 1789 in Caroline County, Maryland. It names his wife Tahpenes; children Thomas, Margrett, Samuel, Risdon, Betsey, John, 467Lovey White; and a slave named Sampson.
