325Catherine Chuning was born sometime between 1795 and 1804 (or thereabouts).1 I know nothing else of her early life.

The 1820 census shows that the young family had settled in Bulloch County. The numbers represent the following people (in order): 1 boy age 0-9 [very likely 162James Tillman], 1 man age 26-44 [324Joseph], 2 girls age 0-9, 1 woman age 16-25 [325Catherine], and the rest are slaves.1

325Catherine probably died circa 1830, since on 2 June 1831 her husband 324Joseph married his second wife Casander C. Everitt in Tattnall County, Georgia.3
