175Sarah E. Melton was born between 1821 and 1825 or thereabouts, judging by her household's description in the 1840 census (shown below).1

She married 174Thomas B. Logue on 19 December 1837 in Hancock County, Georgia.2 Their marriage record is the only record I've found that actually identifies 175Sarah by name.

By 1840 they had a baby boy and were living in militia district 118 (map), Hancock County, Georgia. Also living in the house were two older women, perhaps a mother and grandmother, although their identities are unknown.1 An 1840 tax digest (copied in her husband's profile) suggests that 174Thomas owned no taxable property, so the family was probably living somewhat modestly.3

She presumably died a few years later, since 174Thomas married another woman named Martha Ann Blount on 11 August 1846.4

I have found no other records pertaining to 175Sarah, and I don't know where she's buried.
