Who are 167Penelope's parents?

Some claim that 167Penelope's parents are 328Arthur Davis and 329Charlotte Adams.6

Three censuses show 167Penelope listed very close to 328Arthur.2,3,5 Furthermore, 329Charlotte's mother may have been named Penelope.

Therefore, this claim is probably true. However, since I haven't yet found the deed that would prove the name of 329Charlotte's mother, I will defer my decision about 167Penelope's parentage for now.

167Penelope married 166Neill C. Gillis in Montgomery County, Georgia on 30 May 1844.7 For more information about their marriage, their lives together, etc., see his profile since that information won't be repeated here.

167Penelope died on 2 November 1898. She's buried in Red Bluff Baptist Church Cemetery, Treutlen County, Georgia at coordinates N32.39191 W.82.68761. Below are photos of her tombstone.1
