Frustratingly, I've been unable to find 45Julia in the 1880 census at all, nor have I found a marriage record for her.

By 1900 she was living with her father again in Johnson County, probably to help care for him in his old age. (90Benjamin's pension application explains that his daughter supported him in 1896 and 1897. I presume that this daughter is 45Julia, although the application doesn't state her name.5) Also notice that 45Julia is described as single, even though the next census (in 1910) describes her as widowed,4 and notice the presence of several grandchildren, including 22Charlie.

The 1910 census shows 45Julia as a live-in servant. According to this census, she had given birth to five children, three of whom were still living. 22Charlie Black—very likely one of those three children, although I've never found a record that explicitly states who his mother is—was with her and worked as a laborer. 45Julia's stated age—61—is inconsistent with all the earlier censuses (which all show her birth year as circa 1858 or 1859) and is probably simply wrong.4

She was still alive on 5 June 1917 when 22Charlie claimed his mother as a dependent on his draft registration card,6 but she probably died before 22 January 1920, since 22Charlie's household was counted for the 1920 census on that date, but 45Julia isn't listed.7

Footnotes:

*Since 90Benjamin Burton Black married 91Elizabeth Sutton on 17 June 1850,8 and since they were still married in 1900,3 one can reasonably conclude that 91Elizabeth is the mother of all of 90Benjamin's children born in the interim, including 45Julia.
