30Barney Dunkin was born 25 June 18792,3 in Alabama4-9 to parents 60John R. Dunkin4,10-13 and 61Ailcy Garner.11,12

The 1880 census shows 30Barney as an infant with his family in Cleburne County, Alabama.4

30Barney married 31Frances Brown on 12 January 1899 in Marshall County, Alabama.13 He was 19 at the time. His father wrote a note consenting to the marriage.14

30Barney died of lung cancer at noon on 16 June 1953. He's buried next to his wife in John Lay Cemetery, Ethridge, Lawrence County, Tennessee at coordinates N35.3257 W87.2956. His death certificate,11 obituary,12 and a photo of his grave2 are below.
