Know ye that I the sd Nath Everitt, for and in Consideration of the love good will & affection which I bear towards my Loving wife Mary Everitt, now dwelling & residing with me at my Plantation in Morottock afsd, have given Granted & by these presents do freely Clearly & absolutely give & Grant to my sd Wife Mary Everitt My Maner Plantation which I now dwell upon & the land adjoining thereto, except what I shall by Venue of these presents hereby after dispose of to be by My sd Wife Mary Everitt quietly & peacefully enjoyed during her Life & after her Decease to be enjoy'd by my son Nath: Everitt & his heirs forever. I also by these presents do freely & absolutely give & Grant to my Eldest daughter Mary Everitt One hundred acres of Land be the same more or less already mark'd out & bounded by two swamps between Zechariah Girkin and Benjn Blount to be possess'd by her & [her] heirs forever. I also by these presents do freely & absohnely Give & Grant unto my daughters Elizabeth Everitt and Sarah Everitt that parcel! of Land called Possimen Neck to be equally divided between them the Eldest to have the first Choice to be enjoy'd by them & their heirs forever. As to my Personal Estate I give & Grant in roam & form following, that is to say that every part & parcell thereof may by my above mentioned wife Mary Everitt be quietly & Peacefully enjoy'd without Lett or Molestation of any person whatsoever during her Life, & after her Decease to be Equally divided as neer as possible between my Children above mentioned the Eldest to have the first Choice to be to be [sic] quietly enjoy'd by them & their Heirs forever.
