Page 325: Georgia Baldwin County } 4th January 1826 } I Jesse Doles of the State and County aforesaid finding the State of my health such as to induce a belief that my natural existence will shortly terminate and being desirous to have my temporal affairs arranged do hereby make and ordain the following as my last will and tes tament to wit 1st I wish all my ___ debts paid as early as practicable and of the property I leave to my wife Elizabeth Doles du- ring her widowhood or life 2d I give and bequeath to my beloved wife Elizabeth Doles all my estate both real + personal to be used at her discretion during her widowhood or natural life except what is otherwise disposed of in this my last will 3d From and immediately after the in- termarriage or death of my wife Elizabeth Doles I give to my son Benjamin Doles all that part of my land some ___ of thirty acres + attachd to the tract now owned by the heirs of Maurice Moore decd.
